Villa Hanna Marie was completed in spring 2015 and is located in Gerani (approximately 20 minutes walk to Platanias). The villa is suitable for those who want a quiet and central location, only 200 meters from the beach.

The villa is located on a hill and therefore has stunning views over the sea. The house is situated in a peaceful and quiet street / area with little traffic. The location is optimal for those who like walks and jogging. In the area there are also many excellent cycling routes. There are several food stores nearby, as well as bakery and taverns. The closest supermarket is next to the villa.

The villa has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

Basement:
In the basement there is a separate laundry room with washing machine, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner. Below there is also space for storing suitcases, right under the stairs. The rest of the basement used by the owner.

1. Bedroom with 2 beds (90×200 cm). The bathroom is bigger than the others and can be accessed from both the bedroom and from the hallway.

3. Bedroom with 160×200 cm, with ensuite bathroom (90×200 cm)

First floor:
Master bedroom (160×200 cm bed) with separate dressing room and bathroom, as well as its own private large partially covered terrace overlooking the sea.
2 bedrooms with 160 x 200 beds and own small bathroom, and common large, covered terrace overlooking the tennis court, garden and countryside with great sunset.
All bedrooms have TV.

The house has a large, lovely open plan kitchen / living room with access to a fantastic covered terrace with dining for 12. On the terrace you can enjoy views of the infinity pool and the sea.

Outside area:

Large covered, tiled terrace with a great big oak dining table that seats 12 people, great covered BBQ with sink and refrigerator, infinity pool (dimensions: 3.75 x 11 metres, depth: 30cm – 160cm) with children’s section, sun loungers and parasols, and a private outdoor shower.
Tennis courts and a small green area, which is used as a play area, table tennis and private parking under pergola for 3 cars. Nicely landscaped grounds with shrubs, trees and lawn.
The area is fenced and there is an alarm system.

A small grocery store, which has bike and moped rental, bakery and taverns are also within close proximity to tthe villa. Walking distance (2 km) to Platanias, where there are many shops and restaurants.
Chania city / old town is only 25 minutes away by car, and from here you can wander for hours in the narrow, quaint streets with bars / restaurants on every corner. The city also has great opportunities for shopping and cultural attractions.
