Myrtia is an elegant detached villa, with design and landscaping that ensures privacy from its sister-villas, Kissos and Rodia. Set in rural surroundings on the hilltops of Xamoudohori the villa has been dressed with quality materials including stone and wood and landscaped in a way to make the very best of a quite superb position, with a lovely private pool looking out over the sea of an almost unimaginable nature setting that reaches the sea blue with the majestic White Mountains behind. Steps lead to the lower fruit tree gardens of the villas, where a picnic wooden table and benches are set, perfect for a hideaway!
The spacious interior reflects the overall spirit of the house with its restrained, under-stated luxury. Due to its location, this magnificent villa offers complete privacy but also easy access to the local beaches and restaurants. Platanias is a short drive away, whilst Kolimbari with, a small fishing harbor offers some first class seafood restaurants. By contrast many quiet, traditional villages, with small tavernas, lie in the hinterland whilst the famous minoan ruins at Polirinia are just a half hour's drive away. Like Rodia and Kissos, the villa comes with six days weekly cleaning and linen/towel change every day.
A steam room-hammam is available in the premises, optional to use.
